Airstream in Spain

Hi all, just let you all know that we made it to Spain in our in april bought MH
Lots of thoughts what to do to the MH...
I'm afraid many questions will follow.

Hey Jos, did you drive from the NL to Spain? Post pictures of traveling through europe in a AS MH! Sounds like a great trip, have fun.

Yes drove it from NL, we are near Santander in the Pikos de Europa. Going to Potes today. Apart from some starting problems evrything go's well.
When i turn the key it only klicks and no startermotor.Checked the neg. pole but no differends.
I'm on wifi and don't know when i van sent new pictures.

Does your starting problem only happen when the motor is hot? If so, search the forums for "hot starting" threads. Otherwise, check battery cable connections. Make sure that each connection from the battery to the starter and from the battery to ground is clean and tight.

This is most commonly a loose connection or poor battery charging.

Step 1 use multimedia to check battery voltage if over 12.5 (which is quite discharged) it should still turnover

Step 2 If voltage good, but not turning over, check hot battery connection. Use wire brush on positive terminal (be careful) and reset terminals ideally covering in petroleum Kelly

Step 3 If voltage low, re-charge or if stuck, you should have a solenoid in glove box to join coach and auto battery. Otherwise, you can join starter and coach via jump leads, but only use in emergencies

Mostly, it is poor connections
