Airstream clock and lamps

I see in all the photos of 345's and 350's, there is an octagon clock on the kitchen wall and 2 table lamps in the bedroom on each side of the bed. are these factory Airstream items and can they be sourced as I am missing these items? Thanks, Steve G

Our 345 came with the clock you speak of. Didn't know it was original at the time. Sold it at a garage sale as a regular clock for $2. Can't comment on the end tables as our bed faces east/west.
