79 excella motorhome vin location

We have a 79 excella motorhome. Can't find second VIN number. we find
one between the wiper motors. The owners manual refers to a second location as the "dash and toe panel." We don't know what this means and
can't find it. Can anyone help? Thanks

There should be a sticker on the dash, viewable from the outside in the lower side corner of the windshield, drivers side.

I found 2 numbers under the hood. One on the firewall between the wipers on o metal plate looks like from chassis ID,

The other which matches number on my Title is stamped on a metal strip on right side under hood. numbers go north and south on a metal plate about 7" long.
