Still pushing....got the 370LE outside today. Cleaned the shop floor, re-screened the entrance door. Dinette is all set as are the front floor mats and isle runner, the list for this years work is dwindling but there is still plenty to do. Regards, BobClick image for larger version

Where's the slide outs? I could have sworn you were putting a couple of slideouts into her? Didn't you have time? I'm sure Debbie wanted more space. For a man of your considerable talents, how hard could it be?

At least you don't have what I have outside around the house.....4-8" of ice and snow. Beautiful day, 47 degrees, and all I can do is watch it melt today. The Mistress is still in its icy clutches.

Cheers
Sidekick Tony

Doing a slide is not out of the question. I have looked closely at the slide on my 34’ classic limited and it is doable especially with the Gillig chassis. Might consider it after the diesel swap next year. On a positive note I had to re-work the heater duct outside of the toilet room because of the additional door.....also had to relocate the aisle light, which I want to add 2 or 3 more, I can easily duplicate the factory ones for about $3.00 each “WOW”!!! While I had some down time yesterday I was cleaning the insides of the tail lamps......it’s a Bob thing.....anyway it always bothered me..,,,I had 11.7 volts at the taillight bulb but 13.6 at the stick ! That’s a 1.9 volt drop. Given that there is a 36’ run inbetween, I pulled the harness apart after I found the approximate location. What did I find you might ask ???? Another Airstream factory splice that was doomed from the beginning....check this one out, now repaired....,13.6 in the front and rear....talk about a non controlled dead short !Click image for larger version

Yup. Like I said, well managed and productive as well. I won’t note how many times I’ve done stuff like this...

Truth be told, doing stuff like that is a prerequisite for being part of this group in the first place. The problem for me is that I usually end up in a deeper hole than when I started. Try to fix the tail lights, and end up with no head lights!

The interior entrance door interior skin 3 aluminum .040 panels are done ! I will pick them up on Saturday and start the install on Sunday. The water system is all set, no leaks, has been holding 60 PSI for3 days now. Furnaces fired up front and rear, have to get the generator running and will check the AC’s and heat pumps, all lights good, going to try to repair the original horn ring as well, new mirrors all adjusted, big difference in rear view, Regards, Bob

Hi Bob, What mirrors did you get? Would you have pic's or info on them? The ones I have - have two mirrors in them but not adjustable separately. I'm looking for some that both are adjustable and possibly a little bigger.

Thanks
Dave

Finished up all the docking lights, installed 2 new high power ones underneath to help my blind ass backing up at night into a campground. Gotta love Lowe’s....2 or 3 trips a week....I think I average 40-60 bucks a trip but I found the answer to my screen door latch problem and they look factory.....Regards, BobClick image for larger version

I love it when a plan comes together, and the list starts shrinking. It's looking very nice!

Did you position the docking lights just in front of the rear wheels or further forward. I'm planning a set on my trailer, and am still trying to decide where to put them for best effect...they are similar to yours.
