The black and grey drain pipes are insulated between the tank enclosures and the access locker.

That shows the box duct along the length of the coach and the duct to the insulated tank. How does the water locker (dump valves, water drain, and hookups) get it's heat?

One of those tubes from the duct goes to the water locker.

Kota,

I really hope work approves going to the get together because mine looks a bit different, and I will just want to crawl under yours and look around. On mine, i have the same metal lateral running conduit, but only one hose coming out, and it goes to the tank. The water closet receives no heat, and the plumbing from the tank is not insulated. I am wondering if it is a function of yours being a 95, or if they just cut a corner on mine.

Hello Team,

Been away for a while. Moved to Colorado Springs. Family is well. Just finished a 3-week 6,000 mile road trip across the US, and our only mechanical issue was a pin hole in an old boost boot causing a slight leak. Will not make the get-together this weekend.

Oddly we did lose an AC shroud in our last day of travel, and have a replacement on the way. (No idea where we lost it)

Howdy Vycan, was just thinking about you and the family yesterday. Was wondering how y'all are getting along. Kids must be growing like weeds. Good to hear from you

Fuel Filters for CAT 3126E

Correcting the grounds solved all the problems the PO had been fighting. Possibly why he unloaded it.
Just starting to clean garage out after moving and discovered two brand new fuel filters which I have no use for as we sold our 396XL 2 years ago. If anyone on this thread has use for them, pay the shipping and they are yours.

Hello Team,

Been a while again. Just finished a cross country road trip to disneyworld and back to the springs just shy of 5,000mi. No issues except a pocket door coming off it's suspended roller. The fun part was a screw that held up the track was the culprit, and it was a solid 18 inches into the pocket. Fortunately Pam has small hands and could get her hand around a thin handled screw driver. She could not apply upward force while turning, but I could slide my hand in like a knife and lift. it was pretty hilarious in retrospect. Kids are 9 and 6. Our youngest is so spoiled because he has had DD his whole life. Our oldest thinks no one should vacation without a DD.

I have to say I hate spending money on frivilous stuff, but the campground at Disney gives you quite a few perks.
1. $100 per night full hook ups, great spots, relatively private
2. Free magic bands to use with your tickets
3. Can eat at the motorhome to mitigate costs, or travel outside with your toad. (we did not do this though and budgeted for dinners at epcot)
4. Free parking at the central parking areas, or take the ferry direct from the campground to the park.

On average an RVer can experience Disney for about 50% of the total cost for a week-long trip.

Fuel economy was 11.5 mpg going there, with 10 mpg when crossing the Appalachians, while going 67 mph. On the way back we did 73mph and got 10mpg, with 9mpg coming up through alabama, and back through Kansas, dropped speed to 63MPH and jumped back up to 11.5mpg. All while towing the saturn.

Hard starting only at altitude. No hard starts, at any temp below 3,500ft MSL. (Stopped in KS and TN on the way. Sub freezing and freezing temps at start respectively.)

Not camping as much as I'd like, and unable to make the eastern get togethers, but I am half way through current time at this location, so maybe again in a few years.

Other news, now have three dogs.

Will check in more often once the job calms down. Finish this position this summer. A whole six months longer than scheduled.

Good to hear from you! Didn’t get any interest in a spring gathering in Michigan so we’ll see if anything else develops. We will be doing a road trip to Boulder this spring. Maybe we can get together. Still medically DQ from work but doing well.
