Had to glue the sink back to the counter top and replaced the plastic sink strainer fittings, and fixed leaking fittings. Also scotch bright the sinks.

Good test run yesterday, new brake system working great! Actually feels like you have brakes now!
Here is some shots of the interior that has new flooring, and a whole lot of cleaning. LED lights through out.
Think we are ready to head to Texas to see Peter, then on to Arizona.

Looking great! Nice traveling weather for you next week, 60's during the day dropping to the upper 30's at night and no rain! Best to use the 290 route from Houston to Austin, so you avoid the construction around the Airport in southeast Austin. Traffic has been manageable in and around Austin, you wont have any problems.

Thanks Peter, you have been a great help!
Thinking of going through Little Rock, Dallas, then down I35 to your place. Weather looking good for that route so far!
Will pick up I10 after we leave your place.

We just took that route coming back from HotSprings, Ar. Its a busy truck route, made worse for us by thanksgiving travel, but all the Interstates are. IH 35 from Dallas to Austin has been extensively improved with 2 current construction Hot spots south of Dallas and Waco.
Remember DeGray Lake resort for an awesome overnight stay just a few miles north of IH 30 on HWY 7. Well worth the stop. If you stop there ask for a spot at the DeRoche Ridge camping area. (501-865-5850) all good sites at the lake. Its a full 8 hour trip from there to Austin.
See you in a few days and you may want to plan for some awesome Texas BBQ take-out just around the corner.

Also they had made a movie in the 30's using the first Zephyr, called "Silver Streak". You can find it on the internet, kind of neat!
Thanks Peter on the info for the resort. We will take a look, but hope to get at least to New Boston and boondock at Wally world the first night.
See you in a few day!

About halfway to Peter's.
Just before we left our Son delivered the TV cabinet he made. Tried to keep same woodwork that is in the coach. Think he did a beautiful job!

I was sitting in my office, when I heard this deep rumbling sound. I knew exactly what it was: a nice 350LE pulled up, with Chris and Brenda aboard. Before the neighbors prying eyes had a chance to evaluate the Now-what-did-he-do situation, we tucked them away in the spacious backyard to enjoy the mild Austin day time temps for a few days.

82 MPH is the sweet spot at 3200 RPM..... Charly's peeing in his pants, he can't wait. I'll be going up there New Year's weekend to do wiring on his 370LE and probably pull more stuff off. Regards, Bob

Thanks
Has been running great, checked the last tank, and figured out to be 6.75 MPG, not bad for running at 70!
