1989 345LE Interior Question

Hi guys,
I am new to this and DIYing a lot for this to be used for tailgating. We are going to replace the antenna with something better. This leads to some questions:
1. Opinion on "in motion" sat receivers
2. Opinion on other options with primary use stationary, local, & urban
3. Easiest way to remove interior ceiling center runner to gain access to wiring

The other project is to remove wallpaper and refinish the wood. Most of the paper is pulling off well but opinions on adhesive removal

There you are!

Welcome to the asylum!

Can't comment of the Sat dish, as I don't have one, but other do, and will help.

The bathroom wallpaper is a common problem.
I heated one section that was loose with a steamer, pulled it back, and spray glued it back with a hi temp resistant glue I got from the Upholstery store for Headliners... Looks ok, but I think when I get to the interior I will remove it all.
This link might help....
