Window latch part

Anyone know where I might get this latch piece for a coach sliding window? Maybe a donor part? I know they are available at a dirt cheap $120 each, but I only need the catch that's riveted in the center bar and the part on the sliding window is fine. I'd just buy a whole new latch provided the half I need is there and save the rest. But this probably is a common part that's out there, maybe a salvage yard?

Also could someone identify this thing mounted on the roof? Is it some kind of antenna mount or what?
Thanks to Brad for the window channel help!

The Thing Mounted On The Roof

The thing on the roof is the remains of a Braund Skyliner crank up TV Antenna. Most Argosy Motorhomes of the era came with them. The antenna worked well for over the air TV reception but satellite and cable availability adds more these days.

Unfortunately the window part you're looking for is NOT readily available anywhere that I've been able to find. About the only option I can think of would be to remove one from another window and take it to a fab shop and have them make you one or two replacements. If you do that go ahead and have one made for me!

Note that the crank antenna is worthless for television, but great for mounting a 4G LTE directional antenna.
