Entry steps on '77 Argosy motorhome

When I bought my '77 Argosy moho, the entry steps had already been replaced by the previous owner. I would like to replace them with OE steps. I don't think Airstream changed the steps much on trailers or motorhomes. However, to help me in my selection of hopefully not brand-new steps, could someone who has a late 70's Argosy moho with original steps please measure the width of the mounting arms and shoot a few pictures and post them here so that I know exactly what I'm looking for? I'm also curious to know if the steps are bare alum. like trailer sor is all / part of them were painted the Argosy eggshell white.

I did actually find a picture of the steps in my service manaul, but it would be nice to have a pic posted here for those that don't have a service manual and it would be nice to see in color! I think I've figured out at this point the there was nothing different dimensionally from those used on trailers, but I'm curious to see of they were painted white or brown. I assume brown, but if you can post a pic, it will show all!

pix of 76 steps

I've attached pix of my 76 steps. They are not in great shape but I will bring them back. Hope this helps. If you need something else let me know.

Thanks for the pictures. I'm pretty sure that any steps from that era of trailer or mororhome would fit. Now, just to find a set!

My 76 steps look just like yours. For a second I thought someone copied my pictures. I have this rounded metal piece about 3-4"wide. I thought it was supposed to weld on the outside of the stairs but I don't see it in your pictures. I think it's supposed to hide the steps and goes in the hole they create under the door.. ???
