High volume water pump and high output alternator were installed on my engine. I believe that the word of HIGH will always be better!
In Japan, we have high ambient temperature and humidity in summer, it makes high engine, water and fluid temp easily when in a traffic jam. Also human temp (I meant the driver's and passengers' temperature) rises easily as well. Therefore cooling systems are very important.
And I'm going to go with lots of electrical stuffs, those are an electrical cooling fans, electrical fuel pump, ignition box, EFI system, transmission controller, air conditioner, car audio and more. So I need a high output alternator and large capacity battery.
I made an AC condenser fan brackets before. But the brackets are blocking cores, I think it will affect cooling efficiency due to less air flow. The cooling system is a critical stuff, I want to get the maximum potential as possible. So I decided to redo it.
I made a lot of small holed on the bracket.
Then expanded the small holes with a hole saw.
It looks something like a custom made stuff, I like this drilled out style!
I'm going to put back the condenser to a radiator then attempt trial fitment it to the Argosy this weekend. I need to check AC hoses, heater hoses and air intake pipe routing with installed the massive radiator.

Yuki, your craftsmanship is outstanding
For the intake duct hose by the alternator pulley I think you'll be happier with hard pipe over flex in that area. Yes it will be more difficult to accomplish but you won't regret the decision in the long run.

Thank you!!
Yes, to use hard pipe would be better in that place. I will get aluminum hard pipe and rubber joints soon. Actually, I don't want to buy any stuff from the USA due to very depreciation of the JPY currently.. But I need a few auto-parts for my coach before running the motor.

It's time to install a front parking brake cable. I bought two cables. The first one was shorter than the original, so I bought other cable.
This one is same length as the original. This is what I wanted!
The new cable doesn't come with a clamp, I reuse exist one.
The original cable routing was close to headers, but I want to keep away from heat source as possible. I'm going to think about it after installing other compornents something like a brake master cylinder, hydro boost and steering gearbox.
The brake proportioning valve was found in my messy garage.
I already made brake lines, it needs just installng.
The all of stuff were installed!
I'm going to install remaining brake parts next time. To be continued..

Yuki, here are a few pictures of my Cushman Truckster. It is a 1994 1-ton flatbed powered by an OMC 22 hp engine.
Picture taken just after I got it running for first time. The flatbed is 120 cm wide and 182 cm long. It makes for a great portable workbench or platform.
With cab attached and now in daily use.
The flatbed is handy for lots of things, including hauling tree limbs to the burn pile.
I think you need a Cushman for yourself
Thanks for the help!
Brad

Thank you for sharing pictures of your Cushman!
It is bigger and longer than I expected. Also its loading capacity is two times more than my Datsun truck, and three times more than Japanese mini truck (Kei truck)!
This is my Datsun and my GL1000.
This is a kei truck and ex-my Yamaha XS750 (It was stolen )
Anyway, now, I want a Cushman!

That little Datsun is definitely loaded down!!
The Goldwing would be 60 cm to long for my Cushman.
Wow that sucks
The Kei truck is similar to the ones we used on Johnston Atoll when I was working there on the island. I don't believe they are street legal here in the USA.

Somehow that doesn't surprise me

Yes, the Goldwing was too longer for loading on my Datsun. The Datsun has only 6' 5" long on the bed. In addition its cab was extended backward by me, so the bed is shorter than the original. I'm not going to load the Goldwing again.

That's nice! The Kei truck is very useful vehicle. It is very popular especially in the countryside. I've heard kei trucks are used on private properties in the USA.

I'm impressed with the cab extension. That's not an easy task. Please post a picture or two showing it in more detail.

A lot of business use them as well as private individuals. I believe the cheap Chinese knockoffs are becoming more popular due their cheap price

I've modified the cab twice on my Datsun. The reason why I extended the cab was too tight space in the cabin due to the change seats. The original seats were very thin and plain ones, but I prefer to classical or old style ones so I replaced leather seats which were detached a Nissan Figaro.
However, it is very thicker than the original and the backlest was like vertical angle! Therefore, I decided to modify the cab.
There wasn't any modification except replaced wheels in this picture.
My Datsun was able to load a 750cc motorcycle without unlocked the tailgate.
I was able to extend the cab more. But the most important thing was this is a truck. I often load something long stuffs on this truck, for example, plywood panels are about 6' long, hence I wanted to keep 6' long on the bed. So I decided to tilt the back of the cabin.
It's very simple, it need cutting, welding and just action!
Here is the first stage of extended cab mods.
I was able to load a Yamaha YZ125 on the bed without unlocked the tailgate. Yes, I know, it seems like this motorcycle is too big for my truck.

Here is the second stage of extended cab mods.
I got a sliding windw from the USA. The seller said that this is a sliding window for a Subaru Brat. I don't have any ideas about this, however, I never mind that. And I bought a back door of a Mitsubishi from a junkyard.
I cut the back door and metal sheets then welded together.
There is not much extended to backward, but the shape is changed.
Then I applied body filler and sanded it.
I painted bed liner paint on the cabin. It's a wannabe vinyl tops!
My small truck fits perfectly with small Honda.

Yuki,
You must be getting old if you want soft and cushy seats
I like the truck mods and you've done an exceptional job in their implementation.
I'm really impressed with your resourcefulness and ability to get the work done. Seeing the work you've done on your truck explains the high quality of work you've been doing on the Argosy. You have a very good attention to detail.
Do you plan on towing the truck behind the Argosy or a trailer for motorcycles?

Exactly! I prefer comfortability to maneuverability on my truck. I can't imagine driving car with hard seats like a bucket seats.

Thank you so much! I'm honored to hear that from you. My truck has been added exceptional or abnormal modifications since it was owned by me. Probably, I can't sell my truck even if old cars' value is being increased recently, nobody want to buy it due to the modifications! Therefore I keep going my way!
Anyway, I have to resume my Argosy restoration work, I'm going to do that soon!

No, I don't have any plans to do that for now. Because the body size of my Argosy is too much for the roads in Japan, even if it has only 20' long. Towing something should be annoying. However, I'm planning on loading my mini bike with a hitch carrier behind my Argosy.

Nice job
Those drums are heavy aren't they. Did you need to have them machined?
