Attachment 404988
Attachment 404989
I installed insulation foam panels between subfloor and outer panel at the middle of coach.
Attachment 404990
Then lay an insulation sheet on subframe and the insulation foam.
Attachment 404991
Cut the sheet and placed to position then fixed with an aluminium tape at edges and openings.
Attachment 404993
Subfloors will be installed like this.
Attachment 404992
Here is the insulation sheet that intends for residential homes. I have two of 30meter rolls, I'm going to use this insulation for under roof, wall and floor.
The other thing..
Attachment 404994
I got new step, I'm going to replace a steel ones with the new one.
Attachment 404995
This steel step is working well, however I prefer looks of the aluminium.
Attachment 404996
I need to do fabricaion or modification. Anyway, I think it should not be hard!

Hi Yuki
The steps are the same as I got for Peanut. Did you get the manual or electric version?

Hi Martin,
I got the manual version. The electric one would be nice, but it's pricey..
The manual one is expensive as well for me...

Here the manual version is around 20,000¥ ($180), and the electric is around 35,000¥ ($315), and there is also a kit to add electric to the manual step (the metal work is the same).
Let me know if you need any parts as the are very readily available here.

Thank you!
That's great! Those prices are far from ours.
At first I was thinking of buying the step from ebay. Because its price was around 20,000¥, but the shipping cost was 15,000¥ (That's almost same as the product price.. ), so I decided to buy it from a local RV parts shop. The manual version is around 33,000¥, eventually it was cheaper than ebay.
They sell the electric one for 63,000¥, at least I don't want to buy that..
If I have spare money or need electric operation in the future, to add the power kit to my step!

Wow! Did you carry two sofa beds by plane?? Your transportation method is very nice!! Anyway, I cannot imagine a situation like that someone checks their bed at an airport.
I just remembered that my carry-on baggage was too heavy due to many cars and motorcycles magazines were packed in my bag. I had to throw out some stuffs from the bag at Heathrow airport!

The insulation work has been progressed..
And I started removing ceilings.
Removed a roof air conditioner unit and ceiling lights before removing ceilings.
At first I didn't understand its structure, so I didn't have any idea for how to remove the ceiling. I removed all of revets on the cielings but I couldn't take the ceiling off the coarch.
I figured out the structure. Aluminium moldings and side ceiling panels were fixed together by revets. I should remove the middle ceiling panel first, then remove the aluminium moldings and side seiling panels at the same time.
The middle and side ceilings were removed.
Also I removed rear end cap.
I'm going to collect pinky fluffy insulation next time!
(I don't like it though..)

It's time for installing a subfloor at the rear of the coach.
I decided to use more bolts for the aluminium angle because of a little bit torsion. There is thin rubber sheet between the aluminium angle and a frame.
I used low profile bolts and Loctite for fixing.
25mm (1") insulation boards are sandwiched between aluminum composite boards.
Then installed a subfloor. I painted it but I'm going to lay a flooring over the subfloor, so painting is just protection.
A channel frame and the floors are bolted up, it's steady!
I haven't decided to use a black holding tank or not yet. So the middle area is blank space for now. I will decide it later, that's the reason of why I made three separate floors.
The one of my plan is installing a portable generator for that place, but I'm not sure. I have lots of things to do, so this is low priority one.
