76' Argosy Airstream wont move

Im working on a 76' Argosy Airstream and it goes into gear just fine and will go forward a bit but the rock back and never go anywhere. Additionally when i put it in neutral it can be pushed but then just rocks back into place. All of the wheels seem to move when pushing it along with the driveshaft emergency brake. Any idea on the issue? Please help

i would start with checking each wheel individually. Jack up one wheel at a time and confirm that it rotates freely in both directions. I suspect you have a brake hanging up.
