Under the galley counter, there are 2 valves I think, one is the drain, under the floor.

New Flash

After a cold winter and many hours attempting to install the windows with the rubber gaskets, I finally found enough 1/8" Aluminum bar stock to get a start on the frames. Welded one today to see if it was feasible. Looks like it will work! The frame will "sandwich" the Lexan with some High Tech gasket and sealnt materials.

Thanks

2nd half welded and fits like a glove! It captures the Lexan very well. I have some clean up to do and look at a couple of 2 part sealants to do the inner seam.

Side frames are not square so it will take some time to make the cuts. bottom rail is made top rail tomorrow!
