Looking good! You guys are so ambitious. Between my VW resto and Beth's MG waiting, thank goodness Geraldine is pretty well settled.

Thanks, guys. I wish it hadn't been necessary, but since it is I want to do it to the best of my ability.

Sort of. I am in violation of our homeowners association covenants. The Architectural committee gave me a waiver until June 1st 2014. The clock is ticking......if it would just stop raining so that I can cut and seal the new plywood. Once that is done I can reattach the body and make it mobile again.

If I didn't live in a planned development, then I would have a great deal more freedom to park where I like. There are certainly trade ofd's. Where we are is a great place to raise the children and the homes/yards are nicely kept, but I would enjoy more space with a nice barn to work in.

I was trying to buy a home with a 6 car garage and a bus garage. Would have been perfect. But in the overnight time it took to think about it, the place was sold. RATTS!

Well I finally caught a break in the rain when I was home. I managed to cut the six sheets of 3/4 marine grade plywood to size over the past two days. I think I need to trim a bit around the wheel wells, and then route the underside for the flange. Then it will be another waiting game for a couple of days of sun to apply the West Epoxy System which currently waits patiently in my basement workshop. I had just enough time this morning to lay out the floor on the frame for a moral building photo op, and store it back in the garage before the rain started once again.

I may not be able to apply the epoxy until sometime in January when I look at the forecast and my work schedule. It's a good thing we have another to go camping in!

You have wheel wells under each bed, and under the roadside bed you also have a metal hot air duct running from the furnace to the bath. There are also plumbing and the sink drain on the street side as well.
