Wanting to Converting rear bathroom to rear queen.... can this be done reasonably eas

I just purchased a 1969 sovereign airstream with a rear bathroom set up. I’m wanting to get the airstream and possibly put a rear queen bed in the back area. Is this something that is possible? I understand that it would require me to rewire and replumb but since I’m turning my airstream into a tiny home mother-in-law concept I am willing to go and do that. Just wanting to know if it would be almost impossible to do it

Also planning rear bedroom

We just purchased a 1969 Sovereign as well and also planning to convert the rear bath to a rear bedroom. However we are planning a full frame off/shell lift and reconfiguration of the entire plumbing system.

Just wondering if you have started your renovation yet. Ours is next in line after a full rebuild of our 1948 Spartan Manor.
