Restoring '68 Sovereign in NC

Dear Airstreamers,
This is my second post/thread, but my first thread with pictures, comments, and questions.
So, here it goes :
Here's a few pictures from when I first started into the 30 feet that make up a 1968 Sovereign International.
Taking out the sink - it was rotting and falling in on itself :

Making a nest - with tarps strung up to keep me dry :

and here I've removed most of the kitchen and one of the twin bed frames back to the closet next to the bathroom :
