As you can see, she had been sitting there for quite sometime, actually close to 15yrs untouched. Everything from floor rot to mold, you name it, it had it, minus the awnings!

Looks like a great project. I don't think you have to worry about mice. But I would watch for the snakes that ate the mice. Bag and tag every little piece you take out during the deconstruction. If you can't reuse it, at least you've got a pattern. Have fun and ask questions here on the forums if needed. Good luck, Bubba

I have yet to post pics of the completed gut job, I saved as much of the contour pieces that I could, mainly the metal trim to I have the patterns but everything else was done. Surprisingly enough, I did not run into a single "living" creature, plenty of deados though.
