Hi, I was looking everywhere including the enternet and found several choices for suction cup towel bars. The ones I liked best were made by some-one who belongs to a Winnibego club. They are clear plastic and said to hold up to 25 lbs. The next day we went to the Chineese store and I found a few Items that I will try out on our next trip. I found some 21' wide suction cup towel bars for $6.50 each; [I bought two] I plan to stick them in the shower on the plastic shower walls. I found some plastic organizing trays to fit inside of my upper medicine cabinet. And finally I found a portable, battery powered Water Pick for $20.00 and it is pretty small. Trailer size.

If the Chineese suction cup towel bars don't work, then I will contact the Winnibego guy. [he has about five different sizes]

Shoe/boot storage: if you travel with big shoes or boots that get muddy and wet try this gray (almost silver) container. Store it under your trailer by the door almost unseen.

Take off the boots, place them in the box - leave the lid open if you like and slide it under the trailer to keep rain and condensation off. Grainer sells them in various heights, 9" and 12" and bigger. These things are bullet proof and tougher than the kmart/costco versions. When you hitch up, you can either put the box in your trailer or in the back of your tow vehicle.

Hello All... We have found a 4 towel 18 inch towel bar at IKEA... rotates and it is great and works well with our side bath Argosy...

Hi, Robert. I have seen this Powerlock Suction Towel Bar and really like it except that it is only about 9"s wide. If they made this one 18 to 24"s wide, I would have bough them. [Correction] In my above post, my towel bars are 21 inches long, not feet.

Hey Bob, we would like to hear how your suction cup towel bars work, and if there is a manufacturer who could be contacted. If they don't, who is the Winnebago guy?

We have searched for smallish towel bars, to add one to the bathroom door or with suction cups for the bathroom wall. Have not found them, did look at the one in #23, it is too small for a bath towel. Always a challenge living in a small space, but so worth the effort!

Tracking dirt in is one of my annoyances so I bought 4 large foam squares that are used in kids room. When we camp that is our "welcome" mat. Shoes come off and go in a basket under the belly before we enter. I have a large plastic solid basket that I use to pack stuff in and when we get set up I line it with trash bags and it becomes a pretty sturdy trash cans. Food waste goes immediately to the dumpster. I found a cool looking wine rack and had it mounted on the wall that backs up to the kitchen area. I use it for wine and canned goods. This has turned out to be a real space saver.Most of the time our shower is a closet where I keep the dirty clothes and an extra cooler that I use as my freezer and keep frozen stuff packed in ice. Since we rarely need hanging clothes storage I got 3 cardboard boxes that are square-spray painted them, taped them together and use them as "shelves" in our closet. Storage becomes a game as you try to get inventive but its amazing what you can come up with!

Those are some great ideas, Dannie! We like to keep tracked dirt out of the Interstate, as well as our home. Both are shoeless residences.

Aside from dirt, on your shoes you bring into your living space all the chemicals and other undesirable residue from outside that you just don't really want to be living and walking barefoot amongst. Yuk! We just picked up one of those recycled flip-flop mats to use as a door mat---dirt will fall right through, they are colorful and roll up to easily store by the door.

Hi, I bought two clear plastic baskets with suction cups to help organize items stored in the lower medicine cabinet. [the suction cups are on the back side of the baskets and hold them in place] And I bought three plastic baskets, from the Chineese store for use in the upper medicine cabinet. Note: I trimmed about 1/4" off of each end of the basket's handles for an almost perfect fit.

The towel bars at the website in #32 look fantastic. They attach with some kind of super suction cup and are designed to be moved from inside to the outside of your rig to dry towels in the sun when you are parked! Going to order a couple, they look like exactly what we need. Thanks Robert!

Suggestion #1: Color Code your family.
I use this for towels, water bottles, calendar scheduling, anything that looks basically the same for each family member but needs to be identified by member.
(Dad-Green, Mom-Pink, Drew-Blue, Nick-Orange)
Suggestion #2: Add more bars and hooks. If drilling into your baby causes you heartache, use the removable adhesive variety.
We have added two double hooks in our bath. One on the back of the door and the other on a wall. We also put a hook in the hall across from our hall-shower. I use the existing towel bar to dry face cloths.
We added a long cabinet pull to the under-sink door which also dries face cloths.
Suggestion #3: Add loops to your towels.
This may sound goofy but we purchased Nick's orange towels at Ikea and they came with a loop of fabric on the long side at the point where you would naturally hang a towel on a hook. Wow, what a cool idea. His towels are never on the floor in the morning or after a day on the road. I plan to retrofit the other towels before our next trip.
Suggestion #4: Get a skinny trash can.
I love to look at other people's AS photos online. I saw a 19' CCD with a skinny lidded trash can in the small gap between the dinette seat and the galley cabinet. I don't know if your unit has such a gap but I was having a hard time figuring out where to put the trash in my 28' CCD when I came across this photo. I wanted to put it in the space by the door under the sofa arm but the space was so narrow. Since it would be out in the open I wanted it to have a lid. Well, that photo inspired me to look for a "skinny lidded can" but since I wanted to be able to use it while it was in its tight little space, it had to be hinged along the narrow side. With dimensions in hand, I scoured the internet but did not come up with what I wanted. Then I went to Bed Bath and Beyond and there it was! A sleek little stainless model with a black flip up top actuated by a step lever along the narrow dimension. Fits like a glove. To make it easier to remove from its little nook I had my husband add a cabinet pull to the front. I use purchased bags b/c most store bags have holes and I like to maintain a clean can. I also always store my replacement bags in the can. I do this at home too. Why? B/c then they do not take up valuable space, they are ready when needed and the family is less likely to toss trash in the unbagged can if they know there is something at the bottom that will get dirty.
Shoes storage: I cannot help you there. We have a CCD and the dinette is open below. We line our shoes there.

They sell the power lock hooks and grab bar at Walmart, maybe others sell various other things like to towel bars too.

To hang towels I use the plastic hooks that have the removable tape that doesn't damage the walls. I believe 3M makes them. Walmart sells them. They come in various sizes. I have them in the shower on the bathroom door inside and out in the bathroom and bedroom. They hold a lot of weight. I hang belts,robes,clothes etc. in the bedroom. My Safari has a area under the kitchen sink for the trash and a cabinet and niche in the entry for shoes.
