Solar charge control

The green light - full is constant but the red light - charge is blinking and making a very loud clicking noise. Do I need a new battery?

Search for other threads on this issue. It came up in the last month or so, if I recall, and if your symptoms are the same and they sound as if they are, the issue is the charge controller.
