Replacement Door Key

I locked myself out of the trailer, by the "non-deadbolt lock".
I have one key on the inside and the other is with me but it is broken...half way down the key. So i cannot get a new one cut.
I tried calling the dealer that i bought it from with the hope of using the code on the key to get a replacement. They told me to call TriMark to get the key.
Trimark said that they cannot cut this type of key.

Any help would be awesome.

This is the door key for the lock that is not the deadbolt. It is the smaller square black door key with a 5 digit alpha numeric code on it.

Which trailer do you have? On my 27 FC, if you are thin enough, it's possible to enter the trailer through the front storage cubby under the bed. It would be a pain to do, but it's possible. Other than that I'd guess you need a locksmith.

We have a rear queen and I can, with some difficulty, squeeze in through the rear storage and lift the mattress to gain entry. Not easy but doable. Last year a friend got locked out by the deadbolt vibrating to lock along the road and there is NO external key lock for this one. He had to remove the door at the hinges. Not easy and not without damage so hope you don't have to go that route. Ours had done the same thing but with the queen bed we had access

Call a locksmith. They can pick the lock in about 5 seconds and you can retrieve your key from inside and then get multiple copies made. Should cost about $50 or less. You can do a lot of damage trying to get in that will cost a lot more than that.

Once you've had a locksmith help you gain access to the trailer, buy the key blanks from Airstream.com. https://store.airstream.com/product/...-2012-present/. Then find a lock shop that will cut steel key blanks.

Happened to a friend camping with us last year. Both sets of keys inside. $150 for 1 minute of work. Good gig.

BTDT. Happened to us in our 30' FC. Gained access through the rear hatch. I had to unscrew the rear panel screws (16 I think) then lever / lift the panel up and out.

A helpful and very thin camp host then wriggled into the coach and unlocked the door.

Went to Colonial nd bought a blank for both locks, then had them cut at a Locksmith. The spare keys are in the truck glovebox.

Dropped off a nice Merlot for the camp host as a thank you.

Sorry! Such a sinking feeling when this happens. So much so, avoiding the issue with secret hidden spares outside trailer and one in the truck. Friend camping had this happen but luckily left nearby window open and able to extend contraption to open door. Could have been a cold night. He now has multiple hidden keys.
(Also, Truck has Onstar remote unlock feature with a app or 800 call to reps (if cell service). Hope you can get in without too much pain.

Then went to Ace hardware to have them duplicated. Both sets work great.

Once you get it open, have a spare set of keys made, and put them in the glove box of your tow vehicle, and leave them there. Many roadside assistance companies will not open a trailer, but they will open a car or truck.

We are insured at State Farm and found out that our policy will pay for a locksmith to get you back inside.

My husband and I just bought a 1975 31" Land Yacht with only the deadbolt key. I thought I saw a post with a key ID like 1101 but now I can't kind it. Do I need to just buy all new locks and drill the old ones out?
