Removing screen from 22fb emergency window

I am cleaning the windows and screens.
All are done except for one

No mater what I do,I can't make the screen budge.
The know was removed and I lifted each clip.
The screen does not move

Anyone know the secret for the emergency window on the road side over the bed?

SOLVED

1 rotate the two emergency handles
2 rotate the window up, it is hinged
3 unscrew the nob
4 remove the screw while the window is held open
