Normal humming??

Hello, I have a new 16' 2017 bambi, it has been in my driveway 4-5 weeks now, after about 2 weeks the battery was dead, nothing on inside, I do have the factory solar panel, put the shore line on it and it was fine, took it off the shore line and after about 2 more weeks dead again, so last night i put it back on shore line went inside to check all lights etc. nothing on but I do hear a humming from the fuse box when on shore. I am in northern Illinois and it has been cold but I would think the battery would hold a charge just sitting with nothing on.. any help would be great..

Odd the solar is not keeping the battery up. Without solar, there are parasitic loads from detectors and other components that do not disconnect with the Use/store switch in store. Two weeks was the life with our wounded batteries and no solar, but we do have two. Take it to the dealer and have the battery checked and get instruction on the solar. Pat

Edit - the humming may well be the converter, electrical component that convert 120 volts to 12 volts and charges battery. It also has a fan. But in cold weather it is odd to hear it.
