LG TV storage temperature

I was reading our LG TV'S owners manual and noticed that the minimum temperature while in storage is -4 degrees f. Maximum temp is 140. It gets a lot colder than that here in Wyoming. Has anyone had a TV damaged by low or high temps? Taking it out every Fall would be diffiucult.

I'd be interested to know this too, as we will be storing ours outside in northern Wisconsin, and -20 or colder is not uncommon.

we removed all food, clothing bedding and electronic items for winter storage
our storage is in a covered and locked dome building with a thick gravel floor. that gives good drainage and stops burrowing animals from entering
it is not heated and that's fine

if there is something that you would miss if it got wrecked, eaten, soiled, moldiness or cracked or frozen,
remove it and bring it inside.

You can just remove the LG TV from the wall mount and bring it into the house if you are concerned.

I never heard of a TV dying after a winter in a cold climate - but anything is possible I suppose.

I spoke to our Dealer (Windish RV, Denver ) this morning and they have never had an issue with freezing, that said they also suggested removing TV for insurance. So I'm back to where I started.
Think I'll discuss it with our local wyoming RV dealer to tomorrow.

So it's been -10 outside for several nights in a row. Today it got above 32 for the first time in about two weeks. So I turned the heat on inside the Sport and spent some time inside. Tried the TV and radio and both worked fine.

My guess would be that Airable reduced the risk of damage by warming up the unit before using it. I would go that route.

I did wait until the temp inside the Sport was about 60. The temp outside was about 35. Kind of fun to spend time inside and pretend your camping somewhere warm.
