I finally fixed the issue of the door panel popping off the plastic rail retainers. On the refer door there are 3 small bosses with holes. I transferred the location of the holes to the rail using sharpened pins 7/8" long, made from a wire coat hanger. I drilled out the rail using an 1/8" drill bit. The panel itself is quite heavy so I added a couple of strips of 3M Extremely Strong mounting tape. I used (6) #4x1/2" wood screws to fasten the rails to the refer door.

My Dometic refrig front panel has had some issues since day one. The right side black frame rail was knocked off by me carrying something in and just bumping it. I have been able to force the rail back on. It has been loose ever since.

All in all, the 3rd party appliances are very poor as compared to the Airstream itself. But have learned to live with it.

Same thing happened with our panel and a so far a I believe "permanent" fix was:
1) Trim the panel length slightly (1/8")
2) Bond the lower trim in place at the tab locations with construction adhesive, cure 24 hours.
3) Slide panel into place ensuring it is full seated in the lower trim.
4) Install top trim piece and bond tabs with construction adhesive.
5) Install a a couple of pop rivets through the top trim piece into the panel.

I was surprised how heavy the panel is, on the fridge door considering where it is being mounted.
