12 Volt Power Outlet

I have a 2017, 16' Sport and I'm considering installing a 12 volt power outlet
( cigarette type outlet) just below or near the battery disconnect under the front bench seat. See attached photos. Does anyone have a recommendation on how to wire it? What is inside the black box?
I was considering + wiring to the battery disconnect terminal but not sure what to use as the ground.
Thanks

I am just guessing, but that box looks like the Bargmann junction box for the 7-way cable to the tow vehicle. There is a ground inside it, but a better choice would be to locate the bussbar where the negative cable(s) from the battery(ies) connect.

12 Volt Power Outlet

I was going to try the battery disconnect posts ( off position ) for the red + wire and the grounding bus ( see photo ) for the ground.

Is that where the negative battery cable(s) connect? If not, they are connected to chassis ground somewhere and this would work, but a direct connection to the negative side of the battery would be better.
