Several people in here swear by just using air, but they also recommend you disconnect the output water line from the pump and make sure the pump is empty. Since we very rarely use our FW tank about the only thing our pump has is the antifreeze from pumping it through the plumbing.

I don't have much storage room so I don't like to take a compressor with me. I find it easier to either carry a gallon of antifreeze or buy one along the way if I need to winterize before coming back home. Pumping the antifreeze into the lines is easy enough when you're on the road.

Yep - will be much more proficient in wintering next year, can see how you could get it done in a few minutes while on a trip.

Spring is here -

Cleaned up and de-winterized the Marshmallow for its maiden 2021 camping trip, spent 4 days out at Canyon of the Eagles on Lake Buchanan. The weather was great and the stars bright

Cheers!

We have a similar picture. Looking at the lights on the awning. Ours are little Airstream trailers. I can't tell if that's what you have or not. I envy you being out there. Ours is still sitting in storage, we need to go somewhere.

Very nice Rich, mine are just little led globes. Camping was good other than my Atwood LP detector giving up the last night, orange light and blaring! Luckily no gas present, just passed its 84months. New one in route for the next trip in a few weeks
