We are going to Knoeble's Park the weekend of September 10-12. We have gone before if you care to read...The plan is to camp at Lake Glory Campground and to enjoy the heck out of the Park. This is not a formal gathering. We are going that weekend and if anyone wants to join us great, your being there will just make it that much more fun. We will arrive Friday evening since school will be going on by then. When I make my reservation I will let them know that there may be some other Airstreamers coming , and if possible, to put us all together. Will probably go for an electric and water site. Being put together should not be an issue, for this is kind of off season and pre leaf peeper time. Hope some of you can make it....

I checked out the park a while back when you first hinted at visiting this park. I'd love to go as I'm sure the kids would, too. Andrea and I will have to talk it over. We've already got the three weekends following that booked up. I need to get cutting wood by then, too. As much as I hate to say it, keeping the house warm is more important than adding a weekend of camping

I would love to go.. School will be in session. My trailer is in the shop getting it's 80,000 mile checkup. and I will likely be washing my hair and can't do a thing with it.

We just made our reservations. I had them hold three nice sites all together for a few weeks, so mention my name when reserving your site so we can all be together. They are water and electric. Hope that works for any of you interested. Sites 20, 22, and 24 are the sites at Lake Glory, they are backing to the river. The lady was super nice and very easy going about it.

So today I got an email reservation confirmation from Lake Glory Campground. I seems I have rented three campsites for the weekend. Sure hope two other decide to join us, or it will be a rather expensive weekend. These are water, electric, and full breakfast sites I might add. They back up to the river and have a commanding view of the covered bridge.

Frank, I wish we could come up, but that is "in the Streets" weekend here in Fredneck. The crew would string me up if I suggested going out of town. Especially since we live downtown near "ground zero". I must say we have wanted to visit Knoeble's for a while. I don't think you will have any problems filling those other sites. Thanks for the invite.

Thanks for the invite, nice idea! Unfortunately we can't make it, we'll actually be there (Lake Glory/Knoebels) Sept 24th and 25th. We've been at Knoebels several times, and camped up there once (at another campground). We're looking forward to trying Lake Glory, we're hoping it is nice. We've considered camping at/in Knoebels before, but thought their prices were a little high for not being full hookups, which is why we're opting to stay at Lake Glory this time. Have fun!

We will be there the next weekend to visit family in the area. The corn should be great about then. The park use to have the best fries in the world with malt vinegar.

We were just in the area 2 weekends ago and my Daughter and Grand-children went to Knoebels on the way home from Rickets Glenn where we amped for 2 nights. They love the Fudge shop so make sure you all load up with Fudge and FUN......see you at Penn Wood

Steve, got your phone message and there is definitely a covered bridge at Lake Glory, or maybe it is right next door. It is there for sure.

I wasn't sure about the covered bridge and didn't remember there being one there a couple of years ago when we went to Lake Glory....terrific campground with busses that will take you back and forth. We had a site by the Lake and it was Huge and we were allowed to put up a Tent in back of the Airstream and there was a lot of room......Enjoy

OK it took me a bit to get around to it but we have reserved site 24. I can not wait sounds like a great time. Looks like Deb B. will be there as well according to the campground.
