As usual, life gets in the way and I am still home. I plan to arrive at the camp late tonight. See everyone on Saturday.

We are here for our first Rally! There are several vintage campers that arrived on Thurs. So far we have met 4 fellow air forum members. We are looking forward to the swap meet and meeting some more Airstreamers!

I went up today about noon and saw a few campers but did not see but one couple talking to someone so I did not stop.

Guess I missed everyone.........

Tomorrow, sat, will be the best day to visit. It is open house from 1 to 3pm and the campground has really filled up. Still missing a few forum members, hope to see them!

Went back up today to see the campers and met Kevin (245) and some of the others.

Kevin is such a nice, helpful and VERY knowledgeable guy.

His camper is so nice and neat !

I met several other people and am so ashamed I already forgot their names.

I got to see a beautiful 31 ft classic (and met the very nice owners) very similar to the one we are expecting to arrive on tuesday so that helped me so much.

Great bunch of very nice people. It was however pretty hot so I just stayed a couple hours.

Just got back from the Fall Vintage Rally in Walland, TN. Airforums was well represented, and I suspect there will be several new members joining our ranks as a result of the Rally (Right Butch?).

Met some great forums members including, airfoil (The Argosy isn’t camouflaged anymore folks), bugler (The new awning looks great), Levon (Highly polished Caravel eye candy), and Robbie R (Soon to be AS owner). There was great conversation, food, and some fine libations to be had.

There were Airstream and Argosy TT's and MoHo's. The campground was speckled with lots of Scottys, some Shastas, a couple of Avions, and a few other really neat vintage units.

The folks at Misty River were great and I think good times were had by all.

Hi Group,
Didn't quite get around to meeting everyone since we didn't arrive until 1 AM Saturday morning. We were camped next to stillcove, with their 1978 Argosy 24. It was a great looking trailer. I also met Scf31, SilverThreads, Bugler, Kern72, saw Levon from a distance. We already knew Kevin245, but met his girlfriend for the first time. There were a few AS products in attendance that were not airforums members, but that may change soon.

As Kevin245 said, there were some great looking trailers, motorhomes, and other vintage trailers in attendance. I have posted a few rally pics for all to enjoy.
Hopefully more people can make plans to attend the Spring Vintage trailer rally, held on the weekend after Mother's Day, in 2010.

Great Pics Tammy. Thanks for sharing. My camera battery died before I was through taking pictures, so I left out quite a few of the Scotty and Shasta trailers.
