room for newbies?

Is it cool if a new guy and his lady wanna join you for the Detroit rally? I see I can go on the Indian Creek website and make a reservation, but it does not look like I can designate a site in your group.

Cheers
Scott

Scott,

Everyone of us has been a newbie to this rally at some point. You are very welcome to come and join us and have some fun. For your site it may be better to give them a call and let them know you are with the Airstream group. Looking forward to meeting you!

As a lover of online reservations, I can say that in this case even I call it in.

This is a great, small little campground. The website / online reservations cannot reflect what a human can do for you. Call them up, tell them you are with the Airstream group, and they will talk to you about what's available, what will fit your rig, and fit your desires.

A quality control check has been made on the Strawberry Delight (Don't believe Dave's vicious rumors about it.) One batch was possibly ok but a little more sugar was added in interest of smoothness. The second batch was quite harsh so even more sugar was added in hopes that all will enjoy come August. Of course I had to tell Shinim the quality level would affect if Dave wore any panties or not.

Nobody said anything about panties... Sounds like we should have a cover charge, uh, I mean rally fee.

I bring a few extra dollars for Elaine, in case she enjoys the show.

I was impatient, as is my way, and booked online. It was after hours. I asked to be put by ya'all but they put me on site 48. Hmm I guess there isn't a ton of difference and they are all pretty close. The site map doesn't say which ones have full hookups which I requested. I haven't been there but from the sattelite view it looks like there are more shaded spots, ideal for August. Is that why you folks chose the spots you did?

Does this mean you will be "caravanning" with us from Shacksman's place the night before?

No can have my share. I thought it was a girly drink and really hurt myself for a while. Everything that Shinim has made has been great, no awesome. But the strawberry drink ain't koolaid. It looks and tastes like koolaid, but it ain't. We can't wait for the rally and seeing you all again.

Is anybody going to this rally from Idaho or anyone who would be passing through Idaho that could relay some parts to a member there?
Send me a PM if you can help. The parts would weigh about ten pounds and be in a small 2ft x3ft box.
