It's a beautiful campground privately owned.
Call for reservations @ 207-882-7426. Rates will be provided by the site choice and number of days.
Sites vary in length and price. Mostly 20-30 amp with water. Limited full hook up sites and they are the ($65) per night
Camping rate for the regular sites from $45-$55 per night
There will be NO planned pot luck or group meals due to Cover.
Covid 19 rules apply. Upon arrival at camp ground you must sign a form that will self certify your individual status. Required by ME law. We will follow CDC social distancing rules and wear masks when appropriate as required by camp and State of ME rules.
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS AN INFORMAL GATHERING OF FRIENDS AND NOT A WBCCI SANCTIONED RALLY. YOU CAN BRING YOUR NON AIRSTEAM UNIT AND FRIENDS WITH SOB . THE FALL 2020 NEAC BUSINESS MEETING WILL BE CONDUCTED VIRTUAL ON 9/26 AND AS SUCH IT IS NOT REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE IN PERSON TO BE PART OF THE FALL BUSINESS MEETING.
For those who have never visited Chewonki campground you are in for a treat. CNN a while back, in their travel section listed the campground as one of the BEST in the northeast.
