Blanco Texas Christmas time fun

Blanco Christmas Parade and market day will be 12/9 this year. So I thought about getting started on the silliness early. The Brewery should be in there new digs so we will have to check them out and see if the quality is still high. White elephant gift exchange, pot luck and fun too be had. See you there. OakHill

Well I missed the Blanco ralley as scheduled...but I wanted to go. So, last week I stayed there on my way to the Valley and South Padre. I came back that way yesterday and almost wanted to stop for a stay again at the State Park. Try it if you can. The City Squares of Boerne, Glen Rose, Granbury, Bandera and Decater are fantastic this time of year.
Things on my "to do again list"....take some more time at these towns next year.
Things on my "I'll Never Do Again List".....tow an Airstream up HWY 281, by San Antonio, at rush hours....maybe never.
