Roger sent the recipe for the Artichoke and Spinach dip. Several other people also wanted it. So here it is.
9oz package frozen artichoke hearts/defrosted
10 oz package frozen chopped spinach/defrosted
½ pound cream cheese
2-table spoons mayo
4 table spoons butter or olive oil
6 tablespoons of milk
Pepper to taste
½ cup fresh grated Parmesan or Romano cheese

Cook artichokes prepackage directions and place on bottom of a 3 qt casserole
Squeeze as much water as possible from the spinach and layer on top of the artichokes
Blend together the mayo cream cheese and olive oil or butter until light and fluffy
Gradually blend in the milk
Layer into the casserole.
Sprinkle with pepper and top with the cheese
Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes or until top is browned..

Noreen&Sal, it was so great of you to spontaneously come to the Bash. I would say "I hope you had a great time" but every time I saw you you had a smile on your face so I can only assume you enjoyed yourself.

Just a side note to the Spinach & artichoke dish, I use canned artichoke hearts for mine. I have never tried using frozen so I don't know how they work out but using canned has aways worked great.

This is going to be a huge disappointment to some, but Ace and I have decided that 5 Bashes was enough. We have truly enjoyed doing it for all these years. We have been honored that so many of you have come year after year. Thank you.

We are disappointed, Frank. I hoped for the past two years to get to a Bash but the Bambi was just not ready. I thought this would be our year!

From all I have read about previous Bash rallies, they were fun, fun, fun! Thanks on behalf of all who did attend for all the hard work that goes into planning and executing such a campout.

We're still on for our Labor Day campout...hoping to see yours and Ace's families and many other Streamers there!

Best wishes!

Ben and Lynn

We're absolutely certain this was not an easy decision. You need to know, we understand. We want to sincerely thank you and your families for five great BASH experiences. The amount of planning, the work and the sweating of every detail cannot be adequately articulated, but is truly appreciated.

From the day the Airstream was imagined by Wally, it's been about seeing more, doing more, and living more with friends and family. The BASH has always captured that vision and made it available to kids of all ages. Each of us have made many friends and created many memories as a direct result of your efforts and accomplishments. It's easy to imagine the many young people that will grow up loving Airstreams and that Airstream vision a generation from now, in part due to what you've done. By any standard, that's a pretty good legacy.

Thank you so much,

Roy and Marie

We were only able to make it to Bash 1 and had a wonderful time. We would have made it to more if we could.

Having been involved in organizing many events, I understand the effort it takes to pull it off. Thank you for all of your effort. Enjoy the time you will now have!

Bash6

We thank you & your families for the wonderful memories we have from Bash IV & V. Bash IV was our first rally. It kicked off our participating in other rallies in the USA. Will miss meeting everyone again but fully understand all the hard work of organizing an event. Thanks again! Hope to meet up somewhere in the future.

Sorry to hear this but I certainly understand. Glad I made it this past July for the first time so at least I had the experience, 1 time. Was hoping that our summer plans would coincide but I guess not to be. Thanks for all the effort you put into this gathering.

Now, If you change your mind .............

I like many of you am sorry the Bash will not take place this year. If you're looking for a 4th of July get together and only 45 minutes east of Coopers Lake at Penn Wood Campground.
