Glad to hear it. We're getting excited as well since we're heading out in 2 days for vacation (with the Airstream) and will be at the rally on our way to home.

6 days before head to wooster! This silver itch has hit me early this year, crazy ohio weather! Can't wait to see everyone again!

Schedule for this rally is very relaxed. However here is the tentative schedule!

Upon arrival:
You will:
-Be greeted by your hosts for directions to sites
-Receive a "goody bag" with items & information about the area and the updated schedule as well as provided a hard copy of the driving route to explore Amish country at your own pace.

Thursday dinner is on your own unless you wish to join the hosts in the track building for a potluck dinner.

Friday
7-9am- Donuts & Coffee in the track building
Anytime: We will not be doing an organized "trailer crawl" due to weather being questionable. However, there will be information included in your goody bag as to how to show you welcome people to check out your trailer... or you do not.
5pm Hot dogs, a side dish or two, and marshmallows await your arrival for supper and will be available in the heated track building. Bring your own roasting fork if you want one over the fire, we will have the campfire roaring

Saturday-
7-9am- Donuts & Coffee in the track building

5pm bring a dish to share and join us in the track building for a potluck dinner, raffle, and trailer park gift exchange.
- If you wish to participate in the gift exchange please bring a wrapped item.
- If you have any spare parts or anything to donate for the raffle it would be appreciated. (This is instead of a rally fee. we ask that you just buy a few tickets for the raffle. Any $ above what is needed to cover will be awarded at the end of the raffle by choosing 1 or 2 tickets from all tickets entered)

Sunday-
7-9am Coffee & Cereal Bar in the track building
- Please bring a cereal to share. Milk will be provided.

1pm- Pack up and hit the road

Since we are doing a lot of eating, everyone needs to remember to bring their own table service and coffee mugs. We will have our 35 cup coffee pot and will provide the coffee.

Can't wait to get back to that lovely Ohio weather. We're in VA right now and sitting by the fire with no jackets on. I got a sunburn on my head yesterday.

Weather for the rally looks very ohio-ish... Cold, rainy, and freezing overnight! I hope everyone has a working furnace or an electric heater. Thank goodness we have the building to gather in no matter what the weather conditions. I can be a great rally no matter what the weather with that kind of facility.

I'm sure there will be many later on tonight. I'm still busy outside cleaning out the airstream after living in it for the last 9 days!

Larry and I made it safely back to LaG. We had a great time. A little chilly at nightfall, but a great Sat. campfire. The potluck was really nice. The Rally games after dinner were a real hoot!! We had lots of fun! Hope to see everyone again next year. We have already put it on our calendar and we hope to see more folks join us! Thanks for a good time everyone. Thank you, Loren and Ella for pulling it together and doing all of the little goodies along the way.

Of course I can't post too many here; got to save some for the newsletter!

Most of this time, the wind made us seek shelter, but Saturday ended up being wonderful outside. Pretty much everyone sat outside in the afternoon and enjoyed socializing by the smoker. I had a very important job...sitting in my chair, drinking wine, and tending to my smoker and meat. It was rough, but I pulled it out in the end.

Thanks to Larry for flying the wonderful flags and for mother nature offering me a wonderful shot. Although, I have to thank Canada for part of this rally. 20% of the trailers present were from Canada!

We had a few extra Airstreamers for the potluck that came without their Airstream. We also had a late arrival on Saturday night with a new Airstream in tow. No pictures were taken, so I'll let the new owners do their own fanfare.

I want to thank everyone who joined us! We already booked this again for next year.. first weekend in april 2013. Will post a few pics tomorrow since it was a long day and i am exhausted. Happy easter!
