After lunch: Scenic trips/Crafting/Napping
Plan a trip around the area or bring your crafty talents and join us for some sewing, crocheting, and other crafty things! Need help with a repair or questioning something on your airstream? Check in with the group and see if someone can lend a hand or help problem solve!
6:00pm: Dinner! Bring down your dinner or dessert and join us for the evening!
Friday: -
8:30-10am: Breakfast on the griddle! (Look for the flag to designate which site will be hosting breakfast!) Bring whatever you want to eat and have a master chef cook it for you while you relax!
Anytime: We will not be doing an organized "trailer crawl" due to weather being questionable. So get out and meet your neighbors and check out their rigs!

6:00pm: Bring a dish to share and join us for hotdogs (provided) & baked beans! We will have a fire roaring and waiting as you roll in! (weather permitting) We will have marshmallows and s’mores makings available for those who wish to partake if the weather allows us a cooking fire!

Check in with the group and see if someone can lend a hand or help problem solve! Interested in checking out what one of the other trailers looks like? Go take a peek! Now is a great time to do that!
5:00pm: All raffle items should be turned in by this time and ticket sales will begin.
5:30pm: Chili turn in LOOK FOR THE TURN IN FLAG (Please be prompt!)
5:45pm: Judging opens up LOOK FOR THE FLAG. Come join us for a group picture. Everyone is welcome to taste test & judge then vote for their favorite! (Bring your chairs, bowls, and spoons!)
Contestants will drop off their pots by 5:30pm at the designated location. Then haul your chairs to the general area with your place settings. Assistants will deliver a 1-2oz sample of each chili in a numbered cup and tray to the general area along with a ballot sheet and pen. Everyone will fill out a ballot sheet and turn them into the designated vessel on the food table or to a designated ballot collector. While everyone is voting, all chili will be moved to the general area. Ballots will be counted, and top 3 finishers will be announced with trophy presentation. After voting (6ish) Everyone digs in to which ever chili was their favorite or feel free to make a combination to fill your belly!
6pm: Bring your own bowl and accouterments and join us for a chili dinner!
6:30pmish: Winning tickets pulled for raffle or 50/50 with whatever overage of cash being raffled off at the end! (Raffle is done instead of a rally fee. Please consider donating!)
Presentation of contest awards 1st place chili (if not already announced!)
6:45pm: Fire
Sunday:
9-10am: Breakfast Chat - Bring your coffee down for one last hurrah before we all depart!
1pm: Departure
