Airstream is packed away for the winter in the barn - this little trailer we have is great for just hanging on the back of the truck and taking off. This is an kind of an un-planned trip - my wife has a softball tournament in Las Vegas NV - so we are just extending the weekend a bit since its a holiday... just could not bring myself to do the motel/hotel thing..

I'll be giving it the 'ol heave-ho between now and Turkey Day -- my rig is in a million pieces but should be road worthy in time... Looking forward to meeting everyone!

MaxAB,
Look forward to meeting you, to...
We hope to be outta here before the next snow, as it will probably be the one that stays till April...still trying to recover $ and got a call this am that another payment was rejectedIf I ever find this guy, you won't have to hold him down, you'll have to hold me back...I will say that I'm really impressed with the New Mexico State Park System...they took copies of the checks and now have pictures of the guy through video cameras...ABQ PD hasn't gone that far...m

Depepnds on the needs and wants of the group...sounds like we'll have at least 2 turkeys, maybe 3...should be enough for what we got coming...with the side dishes, we'll all have plenty for a week...plan accordingly...besides, cold turkey is good, or you can use our newly mounted convection/microwave to do what you want...I can feel the pounds piling on, already!!!Oh, wait, the TTQ is supposed to watch the weight...well, a little, anyway...well, be AWARE of it , anyway...m

Hey, Mike:

I read what happened to your checking account from your website... Unbelievable! Sounds like you're getting it resolved - sure would like finding the goon who did it; I'm always ready for a light workout (if you know what I mean!)...

Still working on the rig to get it ready for Qsite. I could bring my deep fryer rig to do a turkey - got room for it; whatya think?

Hey Art,
Appreciate the ...uhm...moral support, but you will have to wait til I'm thru with him...being TTQ DOESN'T mean being soft...We will have two turkey fryers, so save the space for something else...like maybe Jose Cuervo, or a case of beer...or firewood...or leg room...just come and enjoy...we look forward to meeting you.
We got probably the last two checks reimbursed we're gonna get...anything else will be gravy...set up to go...gotta do a couple more bank adjustments, and create yet another account, call a few more folks we wrote checks to, then we're on our wayQ3T2 is gonna be a good one, weather allowing...aw heck, it's gonna be good, whatever...it's the people...mike

Egads, my non-Airstream family is up to holiday shenanigans already.

My Turkey Day plans have changed yet again so
I'm now working on plan B or C or D but I will get there.
It all gets straightened out eventually...right Mike?

Thankfully last year our queen Scrappy approached with Margarita in hand
as we pulled into the camping circle.

One can only hope for a repeat. I'll bring plenty of back stock.

Weather...whatever...it's only weather.

Bam,
the only reason I won't approach with a margarita is if I can't get out of my chair...depends on how late you arrive...but I'll try, I'll try...everything works out, in the end...we'll be waitin'!!!...and the back stock will be gratefully(if not greedily) accepted...m
WEATHER???WE DON'T NEED NO STINKIN' WEATHER!!!

We plan on getting up at the usual early hour, finish the packing, winterizing the house, and heading out...may even get 50 miles!!! We, of course, will put on the speed on day two and maybe put on 150 miles a day after that...but we're comin'!!! m
