Shame on you for missing all this interesting banter! We will have full hook-ups parked on grass. Trash pick up at your site, courtesy of JB Wells Park. They are taking care of us well. Cutting horse event will be going on that same weekend right next door at the horse arena, if you run out of things to do.

Bring it to the rally as we are parking there on Tuesday and will not get it on time. (We are at 90 rigs and close to closing registration!) What are your arrival and departure dates? Thanks, Judy

While we are still finalizing our packing list having just adopted a new dog, I am considering bringing the leak tester to allow people to locate pesky leaks in their trailers. I can give you a quick class on how to set it up and you can go find that leak you have been trying to find.

Except for unbelievably hot weather for October, the rally is going great. We have 93 rigs parked (35 vintage), several drive-ins, and several more rigs expected today.

Big heavy hors-douvres pot luck Wednesday night, great BBQ catered dinner last night, big parade today, another catered dinner tonight, and vintage open house tomorrow.

Heat relief expected this afternoon and 40s expected in the morning. Finally! We picked October in the expectation of cool weather.

Seminars well attended regardless of the heat. Thanks to all of the presenters.

I was able to visit Goliad and this great vintage rally today (Saturday). A LOT of beautiful shiny vintage Airstreams to enjoy, as well as tons of more modern Airstreams. What a great day!! Visited with wonderful friends and made what I hope will become new great Airstream friends down the road.

WITHOUT OVERSTATING, A TRULY GREAT DAY TO REMEMBER.

Thanks to Fred & Judy Hazen of the Texas Highland Lakes Unit and their team, all of whom worked very hard to make the entire rally happen so seamlessly.
