October 10-13, 2009
The Cape Cod Mass Unit Invites WBCCI members to join us at The Provincetown Fall Rally, at The Coastal Acres Motor Court. A very nice campground located in the heart of town. Leave your car at the campsite and walk into town and have FUN, FUN FUN!
Go whale watching! Tour the dunes! See the Pilgrim Monument & Provincetown Museum. Great food and plenty of shopping. So come and join the fun.
- Friday Night: Welcome Social plus a Potluck Supper-6pm
- Sat. Morning: Enjoy a Full Breakfast
- Sat. Late Afternoon: Mix or Match
Catered Clam Bake or BBQ Chicken & Ribs
Clam Bake includes: 1 1/2 lb. Lobster +
Steamed Mussels & Steamed Clams
BBQ Chicken & Ribs includes: BBQ Chicken +
Slab of BBQ Ribs
All Meals include: Corn Bread, Corn on the Cob
& Cole Slaw.
New England Clam Chowder by Bob Butler
- Sun. Morning: Enjoy Danish & Muffins, etc.

We're leaving tomorrow with wbcci9898...
I know that there is soon to arrive in P-town firedog and Libby... plus some other.
That will be a good rally. A bunch of good and fun guy to be around. Bob and Dan will do their part too.
From what I saw at the Region 1 I am not worried one bit that it will be someting stuck in everyone mind.
So if you have nothing plan that WE you better come.
Go ahead register...

It does sound like a great time.
Too bad it's same weekend as the NEU Magic, Mystery & Mayhem Kids Rally which is being held in Townsend, VT. We are heading there instead of to P-Town.

Well, we've had a bit of confusion here. Biggoofball tells me that P-town is next October (2009) and that our friend David from PEI asked us to go to the rally. So we were thinking that if MM&M is a different weekend in '09 that we could go to P-town. 
Now that there are more posts, it seems that everyone is going to P-town for Columbus Day weekend '08.
The Original Post says 2009, and we are easily confused. 
Sorry we're going to miss seeing you. Perhaps we can rondevous with some of you when you head back north?

Hey everyone.
We were thinking, perhaps, if everyone likes the rally we might do it again same time, same place next year  we have 25 confirmed now, and still perhaps a few more to go. for our Unit, Cape Cod Mass., this is a fantastic turnout!

And here we were thinking you were planning this year's event for next year.
NEU Mystery Mayhem and Madness is the same weekend and it will be a hard sell to draw the (big) kids away from all the kids' fun and games!
We have P-town on our next year wish list but will consider what biggoofball and David want to do.
Thanks for letting us know that you might plan the same for next fall.

Sorry for the confusion all.........I was typing up the NEU 2009 schedule for the Bus Meeting, and inadvertently plugged 2009 for this too. Oops......

Can't do it. The MMM Rally will be one of the best NEU rallies of the season. I really LOVE the kids rally, the hosts put so much fun and effort into it and the location is just beautiful.

We WILL be doing it again, one way or the other. We are running the idea past our Unit officers, it will be either the same weekend, Columbus day, or the last weekend in Septemper. We'll know before the end of the month. Also we will have a 25-30 rig limit as of now. The campground wants to keep some larger spaces for their "regulars"
However there are scattered small sites with no hookups (a few on the water actually) that are perfect for 16-19ft Bambis.
I'll post as soon as I have info.

I confirmed that we will be doing it again next year, Columbus day weekend. We will have to have a limit to start with of 25. As we utilized some sites this year that flood when it rains......but we were lucky in having great weather.
Some sites are suitable only for 25ft or less trailers. So we will assign sites ahead of time based on length.
The campground is a great place but quirky to deal with, we may have additional sites open up towards the start of the rally.
