I'll be seeing the Region 1 President this weekend. I'll let him know you folks are sending in your R1R deposit.

Soooooo, there are a few options for you to think about. You can travel up on your own OR: The NEU has a 16 day Caravan (we are on this one) AND an Express Caravan where I'm thinking you attach rockets to your Airstream / Argosy and hope for the best. Not really, I think it's a 2 or 2 1/2 day trip up to PEI. You can check with "rickandsandi" here on the forums for additional details on the Express Caravan to the Region One Rally and "Pam" for details on the Maritime Discover Caravan.

Great news! I spoke to Bob (Region 1 President) this weekend and he said there is room for about 25 more rigs at the 2008 Region One Rally. The rally count (as of this past Sunday) is at 110 rigs, if we get the additional 25 there will be 135 rigs in attendance. This is going to be a major party!!!!!

I am trying to plan something in my place on PEI on august 9th... with electricity, water to fill up tank and dump station at my place... ocean front etc...

My wife and I are picking up our new 2007 27' Classic in NJ on Tuesday 7/28. We would love to attend, but fear that by the time we get the trailer, get the kinks worked out, do a little NJ travel and get back to our home in Maine the timetable will be too tight. Please keep us in mind for next year. We are planning a trip to NS and PEI, but most likely a few weeks after your event.

As new owners we don't know what groups to join and what region we are considered. Any information will be appreciated.

Congrats on your new trailer.If you have already made the decision to join WBCCI there are several units operating in your geographic area but you can join any unit or be a member at large(MAL).Units in your area belong to Region 1 of WBCCI.There are 12 Regions in the club.
The largest unit close to you is the New England Unit(NEU)
WBCCI New England Unit Airstream Club
Someone from that unit will probably reply on this thread shortly.Have fun whatever you decide.
