If more folks want to join us and be parked in Airstream Lane, it's not too late. The new cut off date is May 1st per Cherry Hill Park Campground. Please PM me if you are interested.

Leon and I are SO excited about this rally! We hope to see many old friends and to meet new Airstream friends while we are there. We haven't been to our nation's capital since we were young adults way back in the late 1970s so it's going to be like the first time for us! Cannot wait.....

Oh come on Michelle.......a few drinks will warm up those feet and get them moving. They will be giving Beginner Lessons from 7:30-8:00pm, and Intermediate Lessons from 8:00-8:30pm. I'm sure everyone will give their best shot at it.

Hey that's terrific, more aluminum in Airstream Lane!

See thread #1 with the sign up information (attached PDF). If you have already paid the campground to reserve a site, I can still add you to my list of attendees, and you will be parked in Airstream Lane. This way you will also get the discount when you check in upon arrival.

I can still add you to the White House tour if you are interested in attending.

This adventure will be a major highlight for us this year, I cannot wait!

For folks who will be heading down from the New England area Leon and I will be running an express caravan. I've been working out the details and will get them emailed out to the folks who have already signed up with Gail for the rally. We plan to run the "mountain route" as this will reduce / eliminate road tolls. And let me add it's a heck of a lot less stressful than running route 95.....

It will be sent out by email. Mountain route means we will not be traveling down route 95. Instead we will be traveling route 81 (I think that's the route number anyway, Leon knows for sure). Leon and I keep clear of route 95 because it's wicked busy and has way too many tolls. The mountain route is about 50 or so miles longer but saves us about $80.00 in tolls.

I know in 2004, we took our Airstream to DC on route 95, and it cost us $180 for tolls and bridges for 2 axles on the TT. So this will definitely be a great savings. You go myboyburt.
