Save the date and register early! Another famous New England Unit WBCCI Rally, Oct 5th - 8th, Columbus Day Weekend near Mystic, CT. This rally is open to all WBCCI members and those Airstream owners who were thinking of joining a fun loving exciting unit but were afraid to ask. Come and see what everyone is talking about. Great friendship, food, events and contests and in a great location with plenty to see and do.

Just a quick reminder, if you would like to volunteer just a short period of time to help out please let us know. We will have enough attendees so that anything you can help with will not be a life-time commitment! Check out the activitees sheet. We not inly need parkers, and breakfast help, but judges for the contests and tent crew, and clean-up.

Wish we could attend...... but we will be in NC visiting Tegan that weekend. You guys all have a great time!

Looks like a lot of fun activities planned for that weekend. The kids will have a great time.

Mystic Aquarium & Mystic Seaport are places you'll really enjoy. Have fun!

Ok, we have one slot left and I'm sure it will be filled early this week. If any requests come in to attend the Lost Dutchman rally after the Safari field has been filled I will work with the campground to secure "regular" campsites for our last minute attendees. So if you want to attend, we will make it work!

This adventure should be a complete blast! We have lots of activities planned for the kids and adults plus there is so much to do in the Mystic, CT area.

Good morning Everyone! The excitement over this rally has been tremendous, thank you everyone! We have three first timers attending this rally and I an very excited that non WBCCI Airstreamers are taking a serious interest in what we do in the New England Unit! You do not need to be a member of the club to attend this rally, only a sponsor and we have lots of folks who would love to sponsor anyone interested in our club. As Michelle has mentioned only one spot left so don't miss out on the fun and friendship of a NEU Rally!

Taking Gail's suggestion, I am posting on the open forum.

I don't want to give away my plans for this event, but a hint may be in order, and although it is not yet winter, wizards will be at this rally.

Fab! Sunday is the day when we will be having most of our activities at the campground. Saturday is planned for folks to tour the local attactions. Ask for Rick or Michelle, we will be happy to introduce you to the gang.

Hello Everyone!

Big news Flash!

The Connecticut Department of Tourism is joining us Saturday for the day and to film the Haloween Decorating Contest and Costumes! They are filming their Pilot for Airstreaming in Connecticut Valley and want us to be part of the show! The head of this project has already won an Emmy so this is no small time video! We still have to spots open so if you want to be famous, join in the fun and get your Airstream ready!

I'm already famous though, I was quoted in the USA Today Wedding Rally article, from June of this year: "When you get into Airstreaming, you become a bit obsessed." Pretty deep, huh?

Looking forward to seeing you and your Argosy! My sister and her husband have a wicked nice 77 Argosy Minuet 6.0 and I've been of dreaming of owning a 22' Argosy myself! Husband says we do not have enough room in the barn right now. I'm pretty sure my sister would agree that storing her "Scatterbug" is more important than my storing a second Airstream (for us) in our barn over the winter.
