NEU Chilly Chilly Man
Thank you to the hosts of this rally for a great time. Yup, it was chilly, windy and it did rain a bit, but that never stopped the NEU from having a great time. The sun even came out here and there.
"Chili Dump" on friday night warmed everyone right up. Who knew all those cans of chili would turn out so well?
Touring around, relaxing, happy hour, pot luck dinner to die for, but the highlight for me was the double rainbow over the Atlantic Ocean, Merrimac River, ending right on Plum Island. Gorgeous!
Excellent business meeting (short, thankfully). A very thoughtful and insightful "Round Table" discussion with NEU members.
I am so glad to have kicked off the camping season with this rally. Another favorite part was the "after rally" hanging out in the oceanside parking lot with friends, walking the beach and having many laughs.

You never know what the weather will turn out like in New England or for that matter anywhere. It was a bit breezy, but that led to NO black flies! It did rain and at the end we were treated with one of the best double rainbows we have ever seen! It was chilly and we got to see the interiors of some very nice rigs!!!!
Can't wait to camp again

When a New Englander says it's a bit breezy that means it is time to break out the long underwear....and we did. We are back home and now basking in the afterglow of wind, sun and rain driven wind. A lovely time was had by all, I believe.
Thanks to Michelle and Leon as acting unihosts and providing shelter and dining facilities. If anyone needs eggs please contact Michelle as soon as possible
On the other hand, I do not think there was any left over sausage.
Great to see everyone again.....this is the way to kick off this years Streaming season.

Thanks Leon & Michelle for a great rally! Nice to see everyone again and making new contacts, as well! Just wish there was more time. These things could be a week long and there still wouldn't be enough time.

Thanks for the wonderful memories!
Wicked scary winds at Salisbury Beach State Reservation this weekend. I had visions of our unit tent ($$$) sailing off across the sea but in the end all was well. Of course we had a blast camping together, we always do! I love my club.....

Thank you Michelle and Leon for all your hard work this past weekend. It was just great seeing everyone after a long long winter. It may have been chilly but for some reason I have an awesome tan. This is the second year in a row that we have enjoyed a rainbow at Chilly Man!

Cold and rainy? What rally were you guys at. What a wicked time. As far as we are concerned the sun was shinning the whole time. Great to see so many folks and rigs at a WBCCI rally this early in the season. We just wish we had more time to spend with our Airstream friends. Too many friends and so little time. Looking forward to seeing everyone at the next NEU Rally.

Chilly Man was chilly but fun!!
What a great rally!!!! The weather may not have been the greatest, but the beach was fabulous, and the stars and rainbows were fantastic!!!! It also was nice to find out that I have finally cured my roof and vent leaks! What a great way to start the season!
