Although I really don't know much about this rally, I found this announcement in the Blue Beret:
Quote:
In Holland the Welkom (Dutch spelling) sign is out every May to welcome people from all over the United States and Canada to one of the largest festivals in the US to enjoy their Dutch heritage, their hospitality and all the wonderfull gardens of tulips, parades and food.
Come let the Michigan Unit show you what a wonderful time you will have. We will take you by tour bus to see beautiful tulip gardens, shows, meals, so don't miss out on these wonderful sights, sounds and tastes of Holland.
We will greet you at the gate in our Dutch costumes; some of us wear wooden shoes, we'll park you on level grassy sites with water and electric. We will feed you breakfast every day, 2 lunches, a catered dinner, some really great entertainment and wonderful tours and parades. Don't miss your chance to enjoy this wonderful rally. We hope to see you at the 2004 National Tulip Time Rally. Any questions call 586-214-1777. See coupon in this issue
