Not with the latest development of our charter being withdrawn. Just a fun filled forums rally.

Dear Mr. Zepp,

I feel stangely drawn to you, in a friendly cowboy way. I agree w/ your deep rooted observation. Personally my new blue cowboy hat and my matching blue cowboy shoes frightens my horses and upsets the K9's, not to mention small children. so a forum rally it is.

Exclamation Important Information

The rally is less then a month away and I need to set some time limits to get the list of people and the money to the park.
Everyone who has not yet sent me money needs to do so by 02/02/07.
I will be sending out PM's to the few people who I have not heard from this weekend. 02/02/07 will also be the last day that I can refund money to anyone who might cancel. At that point the money will be sent to the Park and it will be out of my hands.

Anyone who would like to attend this rally but has not signed up as of yet, you have 2 weeks to join up.

hi richard,

it's been very cold here lately in so. calif. and i'm a little, short, i'm sure that check i sent you will clear by feb. 2, 2008. please told on to it as long as possible. better yet, it might be worth lots more after i'm dead and gone, and at the rate i'm going, i might not have much longer. i'd be thinking ebay, and celebrity signature. well, anyway, i'll bring some ranch homegrown, and were raring to go at our end.

thanks,

kevin

I understand that most of your money wind up at a brewery in Golden, CO. If your check does not clear, would you be willing to perform some small chores in exchange? Arizona recently raised the minimum wage so you could work it off in two days without a problem...

Mr. AzFlycaster,

well, could you hook me up with a gig in one of those cowboy saloons on whiskey row in prescott? i'd bounce my check on purpose, AND work for free... you however can't have my over decorated AS; AND i still want to attend the rally, even if it is for free.

how much of my ranch organic home grown do you think i should i bring to the four corners unit rally at dead horse state park? i always think big, but hay, i'm new at this... any advice would be helpfull...

thanks in advance,

kevbo

When I was younger, I said "I spent most of my money on wine, women, and song. The rest I just wasted."

Lately I have added "and diesel fuel and aluminum."

Now I'm going to have to add "and rallys." (is it rallies or rallys?) On the other hand, maybe I can consider "rallys" as part of "song."

Mr. Zepp,

very well put. i can see why i'm attracted to you... in a nice cowboy way i mean, like together, but not together.

one thing i love about this forum, if you don't know the answer to something, someone does around here in a hurry.

well, i never got an answer to one question, which i'm still wondering about, but i guess no one kwew, and it bummed me out, but i'm willing to let it go.

so on to your musing, so what is the correct spelling? rallys or rallies?

thanks,

kevbo

nope, just a natural thing.

Even well established events can have a lot of no shows, even with no refund pre-registrations.

Just make sure you have sufficient receipts to cover costs, then relax and enjoy the event. Keep in mind Filhaber's 6 p's (augmented) 'prior planning (and preparation) prevents piss poor performance.'

Winter weather and other factors can make it rather tough for an RV gathering. Those are risks you can't avoid so you make contingency plans and don't fret over them.

Just do what you can, get out, have a good time, meet some friends, and talk about what your going to do on the next one.

Bryan is correct about the numbers and also about what this is all about.

I have done events with other organizations and things come up for people, that is to be expected. We will miss the people who could not make it and see them another time, down the road. We will enjoy the company of some old friends and meet some new friends.

Pot luck (optional) Saturday around 5 PM (gets dark at 6:20), bring food. The heck with a list of who is bringing what. They way I see it, if everyone posts what they are bringing, that takes the luck out of pot luck. You should call it pot planned at that point. Last year at the TCT rally at this same site, someone did order a pizza via cell phone to the campground. If you are going to do that, make it sausage & mushrooms with extra cheese.

The pot luck will be preceeded with an informal attitude adjustment period (optional) featuring the 4CU m-ball.
