Camping world has a huge lot west of town that might be a possibility....I'm sure they would be glad to have us, especially if those who are waiting shop at their store.
Camping World would be fine...we actually went there a few weeks ago and left without buying anything...
[QUOTE]ok, i'll bring a Texas sized tub for a small'ish keg (i've seen what you call a keg; i'd work a little harder on keeping the powder dry), and as noted above i had one Delux Beachside w/ View, close to the pool and behind the cafe and upwind of the porta potties, held in reserve, no extra charge.

Actually, what everyone else calls a keg, I call medication, I keep my powder encased in brass sealed with lead, and I REALLY appreciate the perks at no extra charge, especially the upwind one...Momma Peep(could be daddy Peep...)also sends her(his) regards

Whew. I'm glad to hear it's still on.
Especially after what happened at the last rally potluck...
ms bam,
were not supposed to talk about potluck's. richard says it takes the luck outa the pot. i however will talk about anything; including but not limited to strange and unusual s _ x practices...
in the picture below,
note the rope and whip in the possesion of officer #1 on the left,
and
officer number two on the right has bubba in a finger hold...
bubba says what happens at a rally, stays at a rally, except at the potluck, corn toss, or caravaning in or out of dodge.

For the folks who are doing the Williams to Grants Thursday caravan:
How about a couple of small side trips off of I-40 and onto Route 66?
One such trip could be to drive through Winslow, AZ. It's a small town with a couple of neat places to see (Standing on a corner in Winslow Arizona).
The drive from Flagstaff (where we will be joining the caravan) to Grants is only 250 miles or 4 hours on the interstate (3 hours for Kev, it's a hemi dude!). A side stop or two would break up the trip and give the locals a show as well.
Getting there should be half of the fun!

I sure hope THIS reply gets out there...trying to insert a photo of the SS Streaming Eagle has become a challenge. If no one objects, may I moor just offshore from the beach/pool/shade/cabana/upwind/keg-side site...?

Nice setup Mike. Are you going to be pulling that with your MH? I like the way you fine tuned the level of the rig by lowering the air pressure in the real wheels

AzCaster---Besides the Winslow slow C & I, (cruise & investigate), do you have a second suggestion for later that day? The Ca posse may do something similar on Wed between Kingman and Williams. Maybe Seligman?

mr bob,
Seligman is great stop! and i've found that it's almost a required fuel stop going east (at least for me).
