Sorry, my 1st day is thur. I did not want to step on any feet being this was my 1st real AS run. And friday looked really booked for the park. All i need is a good bang with the AS to kill the whole trip. Funny you say, i just had a CB installed.

Hi Richard,
I am sure we can figure out a way for the caravan to hook up with you near Flagstaff. Of course, I am guessing we may have trouble predicting the exact time until we are moving, you know, with Kevbo and the cowboy bar thingy, we may be leaving Williams after all of the bails are paid. Then again, you may have to back track that 40 miles just to visit us or bails us out.
Looks like the Grants, NM layover is really taking shape, should be fun.

Usually with Kevin you leave pretty early. It's a get out of town before they realize what you did kinda thing.
We could meet at Harley Davidson of Flagstaff. Large parking lot and Lotsa long unit parking off the freeway there.

Where is HD of Flagstaff?
I was thinking of Little America off of Butler Ave. It is a truck stop with alot of room as well.

Its on Old 66. Take exit 185 off the 40. Its east of Flagstaff. Little America will have services for those who would need them. Probably a better choice.

Yes! of course you can hang with us - in fact you gave me an idea that we may want to put some overflow rally folks across the street from us with you. I must warn you its a bit of a dust bowl there, but still close to the events.

I just made my reservation with the KOA in Grants. I talked with Suzanne who was very nice on the phone. She is trying to keep us all together that night. I suggest you make your reservations ASAP.

Just thought I would mention I talked to the balloon folks today - if anyone wants to sign up for a spot across the street, we can do that, then if and when spaces open up, we can move you across the street with us.
When I talked to them, it is still full, but expect cancelations as the final payment is due in July....
Which by the way you all will be hearing from me soon for a final payment call.

Second round of fees due
Most of you received my two PM's (both of which I can't write worth a darn this morning) requesting 2nd half of payment due. I have two names on my list - one is an invalid forum name and the other does not accept PM's. So this notice is to everyone that the second half is now due.
Our plan to collect the camping fees this month, then first of Aug will start planning big time!

Please(oh,please) tell me we're already paid up...I'm getting too old to sell myself for unexpected expenses, and the baseball bat as an enticement is losing its charm...must be the current heat wave---mid seventies and no precipitation. Hope everyones' Fourths were as outstanding as ours was...
