February 18-21, 2011

This will be our 5th year at Dead Horse Ranch State Park in Cottonwood, Arizona. This years theme is Western so bring those cowboy and cowgirl outfits, it's roundup time!

The cost will be $45 and will include 2 nights of dry camping, cowboy coffee every morning and a Bar-B-Q dinner on Saturday night.

Oh, wait a minute, you mean western as in cowboys and cowboy'ettes, not the Old MacDonald kind of western. Guess we'll have to dig even deeper into the old clothes chests.

anyone seen the trailer for the new movie "cowboys vs aliens" now that i could get into, we are near sedona you know. anyway it will be great to see everybody in hi ho silver.

Now that the New Years Party at Picacho is behind us, it's time to focus on Dead Horse. I deposited the first batch of checks yesterday and I will be sending out an email later this weekend to everyone who has sent the rally fee. I am predicting warmer weather at Dead Horse this year then we had at Picacho.

It's time to start visiting your local thrift store for you rally outfit. We will have a competition at the Saturday dinner for the best dress cowboy and cowgirl. Don't forget the white elephant gift exchange!

We have been looking on and off for several months. We almost bought one in Clarkdale, but it was just a little to small for us and the trailer. We will be doing some more looking up there soon.

The check went in the mail last week. Don't be fooled by the MA postmark, we are back in AZ and looking forward to seeing our 4CU friends. It has been over a year since our last 4CU event due to various conflicts

and we can't wait for Dead Horse V.

I sent out an email this evening to the folks who had sent the rally fee earlier. Jan will be sending our emails as the rest of the rally fees arrive.

don't think we got the e-mail, you did get our check didn't you? hope so we got a chocolate fountain in the corral waiting for a chance to break out

We'll have our check in the mail tomorrow. This is a great rally. We had a blast last year and really enjoyed Cottonwood.

Jan and I are in Yuma this weekend celebrating the Arizona Units 50th birthday. We will get back to everyone's questions when we get back home.

You should have received an email acknowledging your payment. You are confirmed.

Jan will be sending out more emails as the checks arrive. We did not check the mail box when we got home today.

BTW, the AZ Units 50th birthday was a great rally. There were a few other 4CU members in attendance as well.
