We got back to Tucson from Dead Horse 5 about 3:30 PM...smooth sailing. We had a great time seeing old friends and making some new ones...always the case. It was very good medicine for us to get away from the chaos at our home for a few days. We are now back in the front yard of our house and continuing our epic "trip"...we will have been living in the Bambi for 2 months as of tomorrow. At least now we know we can live in a 19' long term! It's been interesting! And thanks to all of our 4CU friends for the much-appreciated moral support and kind word of concern for us. You're the greatest...our lives are enriched because of you all.

Thanks Richard and Jan for another great rally. Still at DH in an electric site tonight. Had a good afternoon in Sedona with Paul and Ronnie. Looking forward to seeing you at the next rally if not sooner. Betty and Mike

Hats (Cowboy Hats) off to Jan, Richard and all the FCUs that contributed to DH5. Gail and I had a great time; arrived home in Riverside at 6PM AZ time, light traffic clear roads and good memories.
Now next year I want better batteries and window insulation for the cool night time temperatures. Oh yeah, add another dutch oven dinner.

Thanks Richard and Jan...great rally and such a blast. Glad the firewood was used up (we could have burned a truck load). Met some wonderful folks and caught up with friends. I like rallies close to home so if the weather is bad it's easy to wimp out and sleep at home. We are working on getting to Lake Pleasant for part of the rally and hope to have kayaks there for everyone to use. Hope you all can stop by Sedona when your in the area again.

We missed it and all of you. Sounds like you all had a great time. Howerd and his wife got here at about 4pm yesterday with an after glow from Dead Horse. We will see you next time. Mike and Sheri

Great Job!
Another great 4CU event and Jan and Richard, you hosted a great rally despite the weather. Sergio and I had a blast as usual. It was nice to see old friends and make some new ones along the way, and pick up a killer white elephant gift....You will definitely see our new addition at another rally.

A good time was had by all
Thanks to Richard and Jan and others for a great Rally. We arrived home at 8:30 PM Thurs.. Picked oranges in Bakersfield, Ca.Tues. and 10F with 15 MPH winds now. Had to stop and winterize the trailer 50 Miles from home since water was getting slushy. We hope to make it to the Baker City rally and see some of you again. Thanks again for a great time and wonderful friends. R&B

Well, now we know what DH is all about. What a hoot!!!! It was great meeting so many of you, of the location is outstanding. We were fortunate to get there a few days early and "practice" before the event.
We had a good trip home, long but well worth it. Warning - we will be back, maybe not next year but we will show our faces (and the hat) sooner than later.
Thanks to all for the hospitality and the very warm welcome.
Richard and Jan - a special thanks for hosting the event. A ton of work on your parts.
Adios,
Donna and Barry
