Single sap maple syrup ...

Hi Bill:
Yes, I saw where Paul retired from the maple syrup business, so existing supplies of his single sap maple syrup will soon approach the high value of some single malt scotch whiskies. I'll be happy to share a waffle or two with you anytime, anyplace, N-E-W (for older New Yorkers).

Pam and I will be there! Looking forward to seeing everyone! Michael, Bill, Fred, Shari&Rob(assume Rob is coming!), Laura, Randy&Pat, Herb&Sidra, Matt&Beth and many more!
Save us two T-shirts, Michael.
We're down with the waffles (or will down some at least....do I sense a new VAC tradition??)
Herb, the check is literally in the mail.
Congrats on the new FC, Fred!

Just kidding - I'm thinking the same thing - yellow ribbon? Why does he wear a yellow ribbon? Hmm, now that did not show up on the back of the '08 Membership Directory.
Or is there some secret code thingy that only people with a magic decoder ring can figure out and if so, what cereal are they all eating?

First International Rally attendees are given a yellow ribbon on their rally pass to denote a "first timer".

We'll welcome
We will be going. This is our first international, so we signed up to help with the greeting committee, should see plenty of what goes on to pull off such a gathering.

Laura,
Has anyone mentioned the parade you are required to participate in as a newbie? It's a walking parade past all the folks who have been to other Internationals.
Then you each are asked to give a little talk on your thoughts on WBCCI and what you hope to get out of the event.
Then they take your picture with a large poster of Wally and it goes in the BB.

It'll be my first time, and the first time that I've taken the FC out of California. Should be fun. I'll be with the VAC.
