During the caravan, we will enjoy the following attractions that are included in the Kitty Fee:Kick-Off cook-out with meat provided -- condiment and side-dish potluck.
Performance by the Mineral Point City Band, German Band Ensemble.
- Dinner at the Pointer Cafe featuring Cornish Pasty.
Wild Bill Hickok’s Lunch and I & M Canal Boat Ride.
- Movie Double-Feature at the historic Route 66 Drive-In Movie Theater.
- Shawnee Queen Riverboat Taxi Guided Tour of the Ohio River -- four-hour tour.
- Giant City Lodge All-You-Can-Eat Family Style Southern Fried Chicken Dinner with home-made fruit cobbler for desert.
- Fort Defiance City Park Picnic catered by Shemwell's Bar-B-Que.
The caravan will be operated on the traditional WBCCI Kitty system. Reservations must be made by May 2, 2011. Kitty Fee must be in the Caravan Account on Monday, May 2, 2011.
The Kitty Fee is $455 with one adult in coach or $550 for coach with two adults (includes all camping and attractions listed above). Additional charge for additional adults is $97 each. Each child 3 to 10 years old, $65 each.
The Caravan has a minimum of 10 units and a maximum of 25 coaches. There is no limitation on maximum length of coaches this year. WBCCI membership is required for participation. Every effort will be made to accommodate advance requests to join caravan while in-progress or to leave the caravan early. Deadline for Kitty Fee Payment and registration is Monday, May 2, 2011.
