I will speak for Overdrawn- I don't think she is on the forums much- she is from St. Paris, OH. Just a little closer than I am. I don't know when she plans to arrive.

Thanks Holly. Well sisters today is crunch day for me. I will be at JC tomorrow early afternoon. I may be off grid for a bit, not for lack of wi-fi but for lack of time, soooo much to do today and when I get there.
Everyone, looking forward to seeing you. We can tow it! Girl Power and pip pip, keep the shiny side up.

......between the ditches!!!!!
Me too it was crunch day yesterday - and today was suppose to be panic day.
We are ready to leave for the holiday and the trailer...but it is Peter's work and the House Construction that is now delaying us into our back up plan...
So we are now leaving first thing in the morning rather than tonight - heading to Allegany State Park for the weekend and then to see the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame - pick up a new AC shroud at Camping world (shop for more stuff too tee hee (gosh we need one of them up here )
Then heading over to the Mothership on Sunday.
Brock I didn't forget you girl - I just thought there were a few of the same people and got everyone all mixed up - not sure if it was the wine or the age - or a combination of both
Sorry you have to hang with the MAN Brock! -I will try not to drink all the liquids before you get there...okay I am only pullin all your legs I don't walk around with a bottle of wine in my hand day and night we just have lots of it and we like to share so it looks like we drink alot
Drive safe all - and I will be going off the grid cause I have no clue how to go techno with my Laptop yet....don't even know how to work my new phone - but it says I have e-mail???

Sharon, Larry and I are within 30 min. or so of the Rock N Roll in Cleveland, and within 20 min. of Camping World in Brunswick, OH. Are you coming through this weekend??? Larry and I are going off to Delaware State Park and we will be back on Sun. Just wondering the exact day you are going thru. Any chance you want to spend Sun. night in our courtesy parking???? Our cell phone 440-552-6241.

Hey Lou - Thanks for the Invite!!! that is so so nice of you...
Our plans are still up in the air right now - as we are suppose to have left by now but things have been really hairy around here today...
Stuff with the appeal had me running around doing everything but getting ready for our holiday and with the flood warnings all around us we hope that none of our routes get cut off. We had to take this afternoon to rescue our dock too - we will really appreciate this Holiday if we ever get out of here
So we are planning to leave sometime tomorrow - but we have been pretty stressed with lots going on so we are not going to rush. Bad things happen when you rush
But I have your cell and we will most certainly give you a call if your driveway might be in the cards for us....
Hey Laura there is a ton of FOOD! girl I am sure we can manage - without all having to commit to something - remember the essence of a pot luck - is the "luck" part - we are all lucky to be able to come together and enjoy whatever comes our way - whether it be food or friendship they both are as important as the other....and I got Kit Kats to fill the blanks anyway
PS Luck is an element of surprise too It will all work out....

Please pm me about your window clings
Hi Ladies,
Please pm me about which way you want your free trailer window clings to face, that is from the inside of your trailer window looking out or outside your trailer window. These are repositionable, and this year I learned from Laura that they can be sprayed with some stuff to make them uv resistant and water resistant so the colors won't be as likely to fade or wash away as they were last year (sorry sisters I live and learn). It will have your forum name and your real or preferred name below. Be sure to tell me what you'd like to go by!
To clarify:
1. they do not stick with glue, rather static, and so are repositionable. No sticky residue to mess up anything.
2. they are 8 x 10
3. vintage units without tinted windows all around might prefer outward facing clings. Mod squad units like mine (96) have too much tinted glass and need to be outward facing. If I don't hear from you I'll make them outward facing, that is that they need to be attached to the outside of the trailer.

That is soooooo nice of you to make cling-ons for everyone!! I am hoping to get an Ohio caverns sticker while we are there. I remember when I was little they would put one on your car without asking while you were down in the cave. It used to make my dad SO MAD!!! Isn't it weird the things that stick in your mind! They don't do that anymore.

Jackson Center
I made it to Ohio and spent last night night in the terraport at Jackson Center. The terraport is comprised of several circles offering full hook-up to travelers for the price of 10 dollars a night or free to customers. Saw my first dandelions and butterfly and it got up to 78degrees!!! Might be time to change the Airstream sign specials.

Lots of vans and the terraport. Next Grand Lake Saint Marys...
There has never been anything fair about food. I THINK about food and it goes straight to my hips!!! If I sample everything at the rally I may need to be hoisted back into the truck.

The lights are twinkling across the lake, the waves are lapping and the frogs were in concert but now I hear the pitterpat of rain. Don't forget your hiking boots or you may end up with muddy shoes for the tours. Right now there are quite a few wet areas.
It's pretty here. Before I pulled in, I was off with the camera to scope things out. A woodpecker was hard at work, a heron flew from a tree by the water, a very large goose is on patrol and all the usual birds are here too, robins and sea gulls.
It was an easy drive from Jackson Center to Grand Lake Saint Marys State Park, about 20 miles and seemed like I arrived in no time at all. It's a birder's paradise. The air was filled with song. Grand lake is very large and there are many towns surrounding it. I already have two tips on an observatory with an eagle's nest and heron and the spill water with a great Italian restaurant across from it. They rent bikes here, the low riders, I tried one, felt like a big kid on a big wheel! But I have my folder and there is a bicycle path and playground equipment for Sam. And they also rent canoes here.

I'm in site number 6, the second site from the cabins and across from the washroom, but it's not the shower house. The pictures may give you an idea of the road and the sites in this area. Sites 1-16 run from the cabins and the beach on both sides of the street back toward the entrance, and are all empty now except for me. I haven't checked the rest of the campground yet, and I told the office I may be moving on Thursday when the rally starts depending upon what is decided.
The last picture is the view from my rainy window.
Wi-Fi is working fine and requires your registration number from your receipt you are given to log on. It's not crowded and there is plenty of space available.
C'mon ladies, I'll keep the light on for you!
